Potential delays due to COVID-19

While most orders are shipping on-time, due to carrier delays or COVID-19 and government restrictions in your area, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We are actively routing orders to the optimal facility for processing to ensure we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • While we focus on serving US-based customers, we also have warehouses operating in other countries.
  • For international orders, the average shipping time is around 3-4 weeks. We also operate with local warehouses, having 1-3 weeks shipping (depending on products).
  • We will notify you via e-mail of the estimate shipping time once the order is processed.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

You can also select one of the categories on the right side of Search Bar and click the search icon, which will show you all the products in the selected category.

What is buyer protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

What exactly happens after ordering?

The first stage is the order processing, which takes up to 72 hours (depending on demand and the time of year). After the order is processed, we will send you an email to provide the shipping information and tracking code.

All products found on GoalWish are imported to the US from various countries, so we can provide the most appropriate user experience. We are using different shipping companies with several shipping methods, so we can deliver our products as fast as possible.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We issue invoices for every orders on our store. If you need an invoice for accounting purposes, please contact us at store@GoalWish.com and we will provide the invoice as soon as possible.

Orders Information

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at store@goalwish. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes. 

However, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to change the order and you will need to return the products once they are shipped to you.

Can I place a custom order?

Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for custom orders. This includes custom sizing, wood grain and lens requests. What you see on our site is what is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. Our website does not store any credit card information. We are using both PayPal and Stripe to process online orders, which are highly encrypted and secure payment processors.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax for orders made on GoalWish.com. However, please note that some orders contain products imported to the United States and you could be contacted by the shipping companies for import duties.

Do you have any discount codes available?
We run special promotions on GoalWish throughout the year. When a promotion is running, you will see the coupon code listed on top of every page. Be sure to get them quick, as they are limited. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.
I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

  • Your order was never actually placed and processed.
  • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department.

Delivery charges for orders on GoalWish.com?

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

We are also featured on Amazon with a wide range of products. When you find one of them on the website, the “buy now” button will be changed with “buy on Amazon”, taking advantage of the Prime shipment of 1-2 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via our extensive logistics partners! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries you will receive a message on the checkout page and will not be able to complete the payment process.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

You can also check the tracking status by clicking on the Tracking button on our header menu.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you need to swap an item

Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of GoalWish (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of GoalWish

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
